Invitation for “The 2^nd Chinese Enterprises

Outbound Investment Conference”

To whom it may concern,

The 2^nd Chinese Enterprises Outbound Investment Conference (CEOIC), co-hosted by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and  Ministry of Commerce of China will be held in Beijing on April 22-23, 2008. The 2^nd CEOIC aims at further encouraging Chinese enterprises to take part in global competition and promoting their overseas investment. The conference consists of four parts, including government policy release, introduction of foreign investment environment, experience sharing of international investing for Chinese enterprises and investment service chain. Several seminars based on industries and countries (or regions) will also be set up during the event.

The 2^nd CEOIC will invite representatives from the Chinese government, foreign embassies in China, successful enterprises and prominent research institutions to hold in-depth discussions on related issues concerning Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment. The topics will cover areas like governmental incentive policies, financial supports, international capital market, policies on foreign investment promotion and related opportunities in related countries, etc.

We believe that the 2^nd CEOIC will provide you with the latest development trend of Chinese overseas investment and help you know more about Chinese companies, as well as expand the cooperation with Chinese counterparts.
