On April 5, the 3^rd Round-Table of International Business Organizations opened in Xi’an, China. CCPIT Vice Chairman Wang Jinzhen attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Hosted by CCPIT, Shaanxi provincial government and China Committee for the Promotion of International Investment, this meeting focused on further developing business organizations, driving enterprises into international exchange and corporation, and building up bilateral relations between western region of China and foreign business associations.

During the meeting, chief representatives coming from 32 international business associations have unanimously agreed on the “Joint Action Plan” and signed cooperation agreements, within the framework of “Xi’an Declaration”. The “Joint Action Plan” mainly consists of the following: facilitating mutual economic and trade cooperation among member enterprises, sharing info among business associations, promoting exchange and cooperation among enterprises, and attempting to establish a long-term mechanism for cooperation among international business associations.

The attendees of the meeting also included provincial representatives of CCPIT and members of regional business associations.
